ARTILAND | CREATIVE EDUCATION HUB est à la recherche d'un.e Sales & Client Relationship Manager pour renforcer son équipe. Ce poste à temps plein implique la gestion des relations avec les clients, ainsi que la proposition et la mise en œuvre de stratégies de vente efficaces. Vous serez le point de contact principal pour nos partenaires et clients, en veillant à fournir un service de qualité et à développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Ce rôle est hybride : vous travaillerez principalement depuis nos bureaux à Alger
Qualifications
- Compétences en gestion des relations d'affaires : Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients et les partenaires.
- Compétences en communication : Excellente communication verbale et écrite pour échanger efficacement avec une large audience.
- Compétences en finance : Connaissances de base en finance pour gérer les budgets et interpréter les données financières liées aux ventes.
- Compétences en vente : Expérience en identification des opportunités de vente et en négociation des contrats.
- Compétences en gestion des ventes : Capacité à élaborer des stratégies de vente et à superviser leur exécution pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- D'autres qualifications souhaitées incluent une bonne maîtrise des outils CRM, des compétences analytiques et une expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire.
