Senior Sales Supervisor
to drive the growth of our
Earbuds & Watches
category across key regions in Algeria

This is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned professional with a strong track record in
3C channel sales
and a passion for technology.

Key Locations: Algiers, Djelfa, Blida, Tizi Ouzou Salary Range: 100,000 DZD + Performance Bonus Type: Full-timeWhat You'll Be Doing:

You will be the architect of our sales success, focusing on strategic expansion and relationship management:

Channel Development & Management

  • Identify and onboard
    new strategic distributors across target regions.
  • Negotiate contracts
    and build strong, mutually beneficial long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor performance, provide coaching, and resolve operational issues promptly.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to
    meet and exceed
    monthly/quarterly targets for our headphones and watches portfolio.
  • Analyze sales data
    to identify growth opportunities and quickly adapt tactics to evolving market trends.

Client Relationship & Market Intelligence

  • Strengthen relationships with
    Key Accounts (KAs)
    through regular visits, product training, and dedicated support (inventory, promotions).
  • Conduct
    competitive research
    to track pricing, promotions, and product launches, providing
    actionable insights
    to optimize our market strategy.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    3+ years
    in
    channel sales
    for
    3C electronics
    (headphones/watches experience is highly preferred).
  • Track Record:
    Proven ability to manage distributors/retailers and consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Skills:
    Expertise in 3C product features, exceptional
    negotiation and communication
    skills, and proficiency in data analysis (Excel/BI).
  • Attributes:
    Resilient, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a
    "can-do" attitude
    under pressure. An existing client network in 3C retail/distribution is a major plus
