About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and confident
Sales Coordinator

to join our team. If you have 1–2 years of experience in sales or client service, and you're excited by the idea of helping students take life-changing steps toward international education, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with leads from social media, events, and inquiries

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with students and parents

  • Recommend suitable programs based on academic goals and budgets

  • Present program details, pricing, and visa information clearly and persuasively

  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets

  • Use our CRM to track and manage sales pipelines

  • Represent Academic Pathfinders at school visits, fairs, and info sessions

  • Coordinate with admissions and marketing to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in sales and Education is a must.

  • Excellent communication in
    English, French, and Algerian Arabic

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with KPIs

  • Confident with follow-ups and relationship-building

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
