Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new clients and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Plan customer visits with the salespeople.
  • Coordinate and manage a team of salespeople.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Supporting salespeople through advice, training and information in the field.
  • Ensure the implementation of the company's commercial policy.
  • Inform management of all field activities and results achieved.
  • The coverage of the sales region for which he is responsible.
  • Keep the salespeople's work schedule, routes and customer visits up to date.
  • Keep customers up-to-date and informed about product features, promotions, offers, and other business-related changes.
  • Working in constant collaboration with the sales and logistics team.
  • Be available to replace a salesperson if needed.
  • Possessing the skills in planning and conflict management.
  • Inform management of any commercial transaction that presents a dispute.
  • Ensure good product availability and visibility.
  • Conduct thorough and continuous competitive intelligence.
  • Inventory and updating of customer databases.

  • Participate in meetings and working sessions with colleagues, subordinates and superiors.
