We're not just about serving people - we're about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values. About the Role :
- We are seeking a self-driven and results-oriented Sales manager to build and manage a robust agent distribution network for Yassir's Financial Services Product in Algeria. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the product's growth and ensuring its success by establishing a network of agents strategically positioned for maximum impact. Every acquired agent will be responsible for helping Yassir users to deposit and withdraw cash from/to their Yassir's in-app wallet
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire agents in high-potential areas.
- Negotiate and onboard agents with a strong track record and commitment to Yassir's financial services product.
- Design and deliver training programs for agents, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively use the mobile money product.
- Train agents on the product's benefits for both them (increased revenue) and their customers (financial inclusion, improved lives).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, fostering open communication and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement agent incentive programs to motivate them and drive continuous business growth with Yassir's mobile wallet.
- Monitor agent network performance and ensure service uptime remains above 95%.
- Proactively identify and address service disruptions to minimize downtime and maximize agent productivity.
- Manage a team of on-ground sales personnel responsible for fulfilling agents' ongoing needs for e-money in their wallets and cash for their tills.
- Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve set targets and contribute to the overall success of the agent network.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing sales networks, preferably in the financial services, telecom, FMCG, or Tobacco industries.
- Experience in agent network management and channel development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization.
- Deep understanding of mobile money products and their role in financial inclusion is a plus.
