Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Responsable Relations Clients & Ventes pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Ce poste à temps plein et en présentiel est au cœur de l'expérience client chez Artiland. Vous serez chargé(e) de créer un parcours fluide et positif pour nos clients, de leur premier contact jusqu'à la fin de leur formation.

Vos missions principales :

  • Gérer et convertir les leads via appels et suivis réguliers.

  • Accueillir et intégrer les nouveaux clients pour un onboarding réussi.

  • Assurer un suivi continu tout au long de leur parcours de formation.

  • Répondre aux demandes sur nos réseaux sociaux et maintenir une base CRM claire et organisée.

  • Contribuer au développement de nos activités B2C et B2B.

Nous recherchons une personne accueillante, organisée, orientée résultats, avec un excellent sens du relationnel, maîtrisant le français et ayant un bon niveau d'anglais conversationnel.
