Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as Territory Sales Manager is based in Algiers. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, training sales teams, and providing excellent customer service to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks will involve direct customer interaction, sales presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to train and develop sales teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the electrical industry is a plus
