Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Algiers. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. They will provide product demonstrations, manage customer inquiries, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proven sales experience and the ability to meet targets
  • Experience in sales management and training
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial
  • Experience in the construction equipment industry is a plus
