Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Specialist located in Algiers. As a Support Specialist, you will handle daily tasks including providing technical support, assisting customers with inquiries or issues, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also involve resolving issues promptly and effectively, while ensuring all support requests are thoroughly documented and addressed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify, investigate, and resolve client issues effectively
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise for addressing and resolving problems efficiently
  • Proven Customer Support skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a support role is preferred but not mandatory
