Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Online Marketing Specialist based in Algiers, with a blend of in-office and remote work. The Online Marketing Specialist will plan, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to enhance
ObserveOne's
visibility and user engagement. Responsibilities include handling digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media for brand promotion, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize marketing initiatives. Additional tasks involve analyzing campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing strategies
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and managing online campaigns
- Knowledge or experience in Sales to align marketing strategies with customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate within a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in technology or SaaS industries is a plus
