Content Operation Specialist
in Erbil.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular local market research and analyze trending entertainment content such as movies, TV shows, music, and novels to support content strategy.
  • Build and manage the in-app user community, handling daily operations including responding to user inquiries, recommending content, facilitating discussions, and fostering an engaging interactive environment.
  • Plan, edit, and publish in-app push notifications to recommend relevant movies, TV series, music, and novel content to users.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback from both online and offline channels and provide actionable suggestions for product optimization.
  • Support various cross-functional operation tasks as required by the business.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for entertainment content such as movies, TV shows, music, and novels.
  • Strong empathy and user communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with users.
  • Familiarity with social media operations; experience in online community management or digital content operations is preferred.
