Customer support ( consultant support RH & paie )
pour rejoindre notre équipe, soutenir notre croissance et fournir un accompagnement de qualité à nos clients.

Votre mission :

  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les anomalies signalées par les clients.
  • Assurer le suivi des incidents en collaboration avec notre département technique.
  • Anticiper les besoins des clients pour améliorer leur expérience.
  • Utiliser des outils de ticketing pour gérer les demandes et incidents.
  • Former et accompagner les utilisateurs pour une utilisation optimale de nos solutions.
  • Identifier des opportunités d'amélioration et proposer des actions correctives.

Profil recherché :

Niveau d'étude :
BAC+5

Expérience :
5 ans d'expérience en gestion des RH, avec une expertise dans : la paie ; les absences ; La formation et le développement ; Le recrutement et Les évaluations et la performance
