Job Purpose / Scope:

The CSP Assistant supports the execution of customer and shopper marketing plans to drive brand performance and achieve company sales targets. The role ensures flawless implementation of brand/category activities across customer channels and shoppers, in line with the annual Customer Marketing Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly price checks across all channels (MT, Retail, WS) and share reports.
  • Perform competitor reviews and share insights.
  • Prepare and analyze brand sales data ; follow up on primary and secondary sales versus targets.
  • Plan and execute shopper activities (POSM, branding, visibility) with Shopper Marketing team.
  • Support merchandising team with tools and enablers.
  • Define and implement trade activities: activations, promotions, and packs.
  • Ensure perfect execution of activations for Modern Trade (MT) & General Trade (GT) channels.
  • Communicate customer marketing operations to field teams and support product launches (presentations, events, materials, samples).
  • Manage gifts distribution and prepare sales plans for the Sales team.
  • Spend minimum 30% of time in the field to follow up merchandising and visibility plans.

  • Knowledge of CATMAN, Shopper Marketing, and NRM.

  • Strong collaboration with Marketing, CBD/CD Directors, and Operations teams.

KPIs / Success Metrics:

  • Win the Shelf (share of shelf, TDP)
  • Dynamic allocation (GM/UOM, NRM, Shopper BMI)
  • Forecast accuracy and bias
