About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Engineer to support after-sales service operations within the assigned region. This role involves working closely with dealers, distributors, and end users to ensure high-quality technical service, customer satisfaction, and continuous product improvement for construction machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Manager in managing technical service activities in the assigned region.
  • Guide and evaluate regional distributors on after-sales service performance and recommend improvement plans.
  • Provide on-site guidance for warranty claims and repair work through dealer service teams.
  • Deliver technical support to ensure strong after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain and strengthen key customer relationships.
  • Plan and deliver technical training for dealers and end users on maintenance and proper product usage.
  • Coordinate between users and maintenance centers, offering technical consultation and hands-on guidance.
  • Guide dealers in preparing spare parts purchase plans based on service requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of service reports and documentation as per the Technical Service Manual.
  • Monitor product failure trends and report major or recurring quality issues promptly.
  • Provide technical feedback and support product improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of service-related tasks.
  • Handle additional responsibilities assigned by management when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Repair, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction machinery maintenance and service.
  • Strong understanding of construction machinery structure, working principles, and performance.
  • Solid troubleshooting and repair skills for heavy equipment.
  • Good English reading, writing, and communication skills (CET-4 or equivalent preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work overseas for extended periods and operate independently.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in challenging environments.
