Our team of chefs prepares a wide variety of fresh, balanced, and flavorful dishes every day, using carefully selected ingredients.
Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Sales role located in Burj Al Kifan. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves training junior sales team members and strategizing to meet organizational sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving and exceeding sales targets, building client networks, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus.
