Role Description

This is a PART-time, Senior Community Manager, The Senior Community Manager will oversee community engagement across multiple platforms, develop strategies to build and retain an engaged online audience, and foster meaningful connections with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring brand communities, creating content to encourage interactions, analyzing engagement metrics, and ensuring alignment with the brand's mission and strategy. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to implement community campaigns and addressing customer inquiries proactively.

Qualifications

  • Community management expertise, including fostering online engagement and moderating brand platforms
  • Content creation and curation skills, with proficiency in developing text, image, and video content
  • Digital marketing experience, particularly in social media branding, SEO, and analytics tools
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to connect with diverse audiences
  • Team collaboration experience for coordinating with marketing, design, and strategy teams
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within branding or digital optimization industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
