Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Senior Specialist based in Bir Mourad Rais. The role involves overseeing HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with HR policies. The specialist will collaborate with management to identify staffing needs, develop HR strategies, and implement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities may include conducting training sessions, handling employee relations, and contributing to overall HR process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in employee engagement, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
  • Solid understanding of performance management, compliance, and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM or equivalent) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources or related roles.
