As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager who is dynamic, organized, and people-oriented, someone capable of supporting both the leadership and the teams in building a modern, efficient, and inspiring HR function.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO & COO, the HR Manager will play a key role in structuring, managing, and developing MAZYOUD's human resources.

You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle (from recruitment to retention) while ensuring a positive, motivating, and performance-driven work environment.

Main Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify hiring needs with department managers and draft job descriptions.

  • Manage the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding).

  • Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding journey for every new hire.

  • Administrative & Legal Management

  • Maintain and update employment contracts and employee records.

  • Oversee CNAS declarations and ensure compliance with Algerian labor regulations.

  • Guarantee HR practices are fully aligned with local legal requirements.

  • HR Operations & Performance

  • Implement and monitor internal HR policies: attendance, absences, vacations, sanctions, bonuses, etc.

  • Manage schedules, timesheets, and HR dashboards.

  • Contribute to employee performance evaluations and engagement monitoring.

  • Culture & Internal Communication

  • Promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.

  • Contribute to internal events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact between management and employees.

Profile

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR position.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Algerian labor law and HR administrative processes.

  • Proficient in office tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Word).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects.
