HR Recruiter – Remote Talent

We are hiring a Remote Talent Recruiter

Position based in Algiers (Birkhadem) – Hybrid mode (2 days on-site)

Hours: 13:00–22:00 (1-hour break)

Full-time permanent contract – Salary starting from 85,000 DZD/month + incentives and bonuses

Your role

As a Recruiter at Hikma, you play a key part in the company's growth. You handle sourcing, assessing, and selecting the future talents who will join our community of virtual assistants.

Your main responsibilities:

• Write and publish targeted and attractive job offers
• Source candidates across various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, schools, events, etc.)
• Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, communication, and job fit
• Maintain a clear, organized, and updated candidate database
• Work with client coordinators to refine needs and ensure alignment
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes and tools
• Take part in cross-functional initiatives (HR projects, visibility, workshops, events, etc.)
• Occasionally supervise an assistant or intern if needed

Profile we're looking for:

• Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent management
• Strong command of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
• Strong analytical, listening, and assessment skills
• Excellent organization and autonomy
• Excellent command of French or English (at least one required), both written and spoken
• Interest in dynamic and collaborative environments
• Experience in a startup or with international clients is an advantage
