Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager role located in Algiers, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflows. The Manager will lead and coordinate teams, implement strategies, and optimize processes to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, maintaining compliance with company policies, managing logistics operations, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive results.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and oversee diverse teams
  • Proficiency in logistics operations, supply chain management, and process optimization
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure cross-functional collaboration and effective client-facing interactions
  • Experience in project planning and execution, with a focus on efficiency improvements
  • Knowledge of the eCommerce industry and familiarity with last-mile delivery models
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies (experience with logistics platforms is a plus)
