Job Scope
The HRMS Manager is responsible for governing and managing enterprise-level HRMS platforms across the group. The role ensures system efficiency, seamless integration with other enterprise systems, regulatory compliance, and alignment with HR operations and business objectives.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, Master's degree in HR Management, Information Systems, or MBA is preferred
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience in HRMS administration or HR technology management
- Proven experience in implementing and managing enterprise-level HRMS platforms
- Hands-on experience with system upgrades, integrations, and data migration projects
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices across multiple HR functions
Languages
Fluency in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Professional Knowledge
- HRMS Platforms: Expertise in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or similar systems
- HR Processes: End-to-end HR lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, L&D, offboarding)
- Data Analytics: HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Compliance: Labor laws, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements
- Cybersecurity: Data protection principles and security protocols
- Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies

Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the HRMS strategy aligned with HR digital transformation goals
- Lead end-to-end HRMS implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts
- Design and oversee system architecture and integrations with ERP, payroll, time & attendance, and benefits platforms
- Develop advanced HR analytics dashboards, reports, and predictive workforce models
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication and adoption strategies
- Manage the HRMS budget, including licenses, implementation, and maintenance costs
- Evaluate emerging HR technologies and AI-driven solutions
- Optimize HR processes through system automation and digitalization
- Oversee multiple HRMS projects ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Identify and mitigate system risks; establish business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 HRMS user support and manage escalations
- Configure and maintain HRMS modules, system settings, and user access rights
- Ensure data governance through audits, validation, and data quality controls
- Develop and deliver HRMS training programs, user manuals, SOPs, and knowledge base content
- Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and quality assurance activities
- Generate HR metrics, KPIs, and management reports
