IDA Institut (filiale de Legal Doctrine) continue son expansion et recherche son futur Account Manager – Commercial Terrain pour renforcer sa présence sur le marché et accompagner le développement de ses activités à travers le territoire.

Vos missions

  • Développer et gérer un portefeuille clients sur le terrain : prospection, suivi et fidélisation
  • Identifier et conclure de nouvelles opportunités commerciales à fort potentiel
  • Représenter IDA auprès des entreprises, institutions et partenaires stratégiques
  • Assurer une présence régulière sur le terrain pour comprendre les besoins réels des clients
  • Négocier et proposer des solutions sur mesure en lien avec nos offres de formation et de digitalisation
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (formation, marketing, opérations) pour garantir la satisfaction et la réussite des projets clients
  • Remonter les informations du marché et participer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale

Profil recherché

  • Diplômé(e) en commerce, management ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience confirmée en
    vente terrain B2B
    ou
    Account Management
  • Excellent sens relationnel, fibre commerciale et goût du challenge
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie, à planifier ses déplacements et à atteindre ses objectifs
  • Bonne maîtrise du français ; la connaissance de l'anglais ou de l'arabe est un atout
  • Permis de conduire et mobilité sur le territoire national
