Role Overview
The Project Coordinator plays a central role in the operational execution, coordination, and performance monitoringof startup and innovation support programs led by Algeria Venture.
The position requires strong organizational rigor, hands-on execution capabilities, and continuous interaction with startups, incubators, institutional stakeholders, and international partners. The role is well-suited for candidates seeking high exposure to innovation programs and fast-paced operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Ecosystem Coordination
Identify, engage, and mobilize startups, incubators, and ecosystem stakeholders across programs and initiatives.
Act as an operational liaison with incubators, hubs, universities, and public or private institutions.
Organize information sessions, follow-up meetings, interviews, and stakeholder briefings.
Prepare official correspondence, invitations, and coordination documents.
Ensure smooth, structured, and timely information flow among all stakeholders.
Operational Project Management
Develop and monitor operational roadmaps using project management tools.
Track implementation progress, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate external experts, trainers, consultants, mentors, and service providers.
Support continuous improvement of internal workflows, tools, and execution processes.
Beneficiary Tracking & Data Management
Build, maintain, and update structured databases (startups, incubators, partners, KPIs).
Monitor individual startup progress, constraints, deliverables, and support needs.
Design and manage monitoring tools (tracking sheets, evaluation grids, satisfaction surveys).
Consolidate, analyze, and structure qualitative and quantitative data for reporting and evaluation.
Deliverables & Content Production
Draft operational reports, meeting minutes, briefing notes, and executive presentations.
Contribute to training materials, project kits, and institutional documentation.
Coordinate with communication teams to support project visibility and content production.
Events & Missions Coordination
Organize and coordinate national and international events, workshops, and learning expeditions.
Prepare logistics, agendas, travel arrangements, and stakeholder schedules.
Deploy field data collection tools (questionnaires, feedback forms, CRM updates).
Provide on-site operational support and manage contingencies to ensure smooth execution.
Required Profile & Skills
Technical & Operational Skills
Strong project management and multi-project coordination capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in G-Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
Experience with structured databases, CRM tools, and performance dashboards.
Ability to produce clear, structured, and actionable reports.
Familiarity with collaborative and digital tools.
Language & Communication
Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and ease interacting with diverse stakeholders, including international partners.
