We're hiring: Remote Talent Recruiter
Based in Algiers (Birkhadem) – Hybrid mode (2 days on-site)
Working hours: 1 PM – 10 PM (1-hour break)
Full-time, permanent contract – Salary starting from 85,000 DZD/month + bonuses

A fast-growing startup connecting international clients with Algerian-based talent trained to deliver remote administrative, operational, and creative support.
Driven by an agile and committed team, the company is expanding into new markets, particularly in Europe (France, Switzerland) and North America (US, Canada). It fosters a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and professional development.
Your role
As a Talent Recruiter, you'll play a key role in the company's growth by identifying, evaluating, and selecting future members of our remote talent community.
Key responsibilities
Write and post targeted and engaging job offers
Source candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, schools, events, etc.)
Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, communication level, and job fit
Maintain a clear, organized, and up-to-date candidate database
Collaborate with client-facing coordinators to align on hiring needs
Contribute to the improvement of recruitment processes and tools
Take part in cross-functional initiatives (HR projects, events, internal visibility, etc.)
Occasionally supervise an assistant or intern if needed
What we're looking for
Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent management
Strong command of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.)
Excellent analytical, listening, and assessment skills
Highly organized and autonomous
Fluency in French and/or English, both written and spoken
Interest in fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving work environments
Previous experience in startups or working with international clients is a plus
What we offer
Salary starting from 85,000 DZD/month, depending on profile
