With Aim has a portfolio of foreign clients in the video and podcasting space, currently it's just me managing everything with the help of freelancers. and I'm looking to build a local team of highly motivated and talented individuals in Algiers, I have a small office in Ruisseau and things are developing fast.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Video Editor Assistant located in Algiers, with possibility for working from home.
The Video Editor Assistant will be responsible for assisting in video production, video editing, video color grading, motion graphics creation, and graphics design.
Daily tasks include supporting with client work, assistance in managing a small team of freelancers, support with daily tasks, and ensuring high-quality outputs for all work produced.
Qualifications
- Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading skills, sound design skills
- Experience in creating Motion Graphics and Graphics
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Descript, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus, sharing previous work is mandatory.
