Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Algiers, Algeria. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, and handling various executive support tasks. This role requires effective communication and strong administrative skills to support executives in their day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in Expense Reports and Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in office software and tools
  • Experience in the investment or business setup industry is a plus
