Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at Group Rakin, located in Algiers. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, handling expense reports, and offering executive support. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Additional responsibilities may include handling correspondence, preparing documents, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Ability to handle Expense Reports and Executive Support tasks
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
