PIASSA est une startup innovante qui digitalise le marché de la pièce détachée en Algérie. Notre mission est de structurer et moderniser un secteur stratégique en connectant distributeurs, fournisseurs et réparateurs grâce à des solutions technologiques puissantes comme notre SaaS SIMON et notre application mobile.
Pour accélérer notre croissance, nous cherchons un(e) Business Development Manager orienté terrain, capable de créer et entretenir des partenariats stratégiques avec les grands acteurs du marché (importateurs, grossistes, distributeurs).
Missions principales
Prospecter et identifier les big players du secteur de la pièce détachée.
Initier, négocier et conclure des MoU et partenariats stratégiques.
Développer un réseau solide de fournisseurs et partenaires B2B.
Assurer le suivi et l'activation des accords conclus pour générer de la valeur.
Remonter les besoins du marché et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des solutions PIASSA.
Représenter PIASSA lors de salons, rencontres sectorielles et événements professionnels.
Profil recherché
Expérience confirmée (5 ans+) en business development, key account management ou partenariats stratégiques.
Très bonne connaissance du secteur automobile/pièce détachée ou distribution B2B.
Excellentes compétences en négociation et closing.
Esprit "chasseur" : orienté(e) résultats, terrain, avec une capacité à ouvrir des portes.
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement startup (autonomie, proactivité, adaptabilité).
Mobilité : déplacements fréquents chez les partenaires.
