Are you passionate about the creator economy and the business side of digital content? We're looking for a 
Business Developer
 to join our growing team and help us identify and develop strategic opportunities across major platforms like 
YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat
.

This role sits at the intersection of 
business development, content partnerships, and M&A within the creator economy
. You'll be working closely with creators, media partners, and company leadership to drive growth and shape the future of digital entertainment.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify high-potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels that align with our business goals.
  • Reach out to and negotiate with creators and channel owners to explore collaboration and acquisition opportunities.
  • Assess monetization potential and craft strong, win-win commercial proposals.
  • Onboard new partners and ensure smooth integration into our operations.
  • Collaborate with platform managers, the data/strategy team, and executives to align opportunities with company objectives.
  • Research emerging trends and new business models across social media platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid understanding of the creator economy and digital content monetization.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and business acumen.
  • A proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
  • (Bonus) Experience in business development, partnerships, or M&A within digital media or entertainment.
