Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Algiers for a Social Media Marketing Manager. The role involves managing and creating content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The Social Media Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
- Experience in developing effective Content Strategies
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles and best practices
- Data analysis skills for monitoring campaign performance and optimizing strategies
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools for social media
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of trends and best practices in the digital and social media landscape
