Job Overview:

  • The Marketing and Communications Manager for Algeria is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that build the company's brand reputation and drive effective stakeholder engagement, especially in crisis situations.
  • The role covers managing media relations, monitoring public sentiment, preparing clear and timely messages, and aligning local communications with broader corporate objectives.
  • It also serves as a liaison with government entities, partners, and the public, working to maintain transparency, trust, a positive image, and to support business continuity and long‑term growth in Algeria.

Role Description

  • We are looking for someone to strengthen local presence and handle communication challenges in Algeria, particularly around crisis and reputational risk.
  • The position is meant to anticipate issues, manage risks, and ensure accurate, timely, culturally appropriate communication as a strategic link between the company, local authorities, media, and the public.
  • It aims to protect credibility, support business continuity, and create structured, proactive and reactive communication frameworks that foster long‑term stakeholder confidence.
