What will your role be?

The Project Manager will lead and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects within the Joint Venture (JV), ensuring safe, timely, and cost-efficient delivery. You will be responsible for applying project management standards aligned with the company's strategic principles, integrating high-quality engineering and robust HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and Process Safety principles within the JV framework.

  • Project Delivery: Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects across all phases by embedding strong HSE and Process Safety Management principles.
  • Planning & Strategy: Lead the development of project execution plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource strategies.
  • Contractor Management: Manage contractors and suppliers, including tendering processes, contract compliance, performance evaluation, and supervision of on-site activities.
  • Performance Control: Monitor progress, control costs, assess risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain performance against the plan.
  • Governance: Participate in key project governance processes and decision gates, ensuring informed risk management and safety considerations.
  • Documentation & Learning: Maintain accurate project documentation for audits and capture lessons learned to promote improved practices across JV teams.

Who are we looking for? 

  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Environment: Experience within Joint Ventures, operators, or similar international project environments is highly valued.
  • Education: University degree in Engineering. Postgraduate studies in Project Management, Asset Integrity, or Construction Management are a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent English is required; proficiency in French is highly valued.
  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, contractor management, structured planning, risk-based thinking, and a robust HSE mindset.
