Opis stanowiska:

Poszukujemy Project Managera, który dołączy do naszego zespołu obsługującego kluczowego klienta z branży Tobacco – jednego z liderów na rynku międzynarodowym. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za codzienną komunikację z klientem, koordynację działań operacyjnych oraz współpracę z wewnętrznymi działami firmy w celu zapewnienia wysokiego poziomu obsługi.

Zakres obowiązków:
  • Codzienna komunikacja z klientem w języku angielskim (mailowa i telefoniczna)
  • Praca z systemami firmy i klienta, przyjmowanie zleceń i wprowadzanie ich do systemu 
  • Dbanie o spójność projektów z wytycznymi marki i standardami branżowymi
  • Koordynacja zamówień, zapytań i procesów związanych z obsługą klienta
  • Współpraca z działami wewnętrznymi firmy, w szczególności ze studiem graficznym
  • Monitorowanie terminowości i jakości realizacji usług zgodnie z SLA
  • Rozwiązywanie bieżących problemów i zgłaszanie usprawnień
  • Tworzenie raportów i dokumentacji związanej z realizowanymi procesami
Wymagania:
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2)
  • Doświadczenie w branży opakowań (najlepiej Tobacco) i/lub rotograwiurze
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z klientem (mile widziane w środowisku międzynarodowym)
  • Dobre umiejętności organizacyjne i komunikacyjne
  • Umiejętność pracy zdalnej oraz samodzielność w realizacji powierzonych zadań
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office (w szczególności Excel)
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w poligrafii lub grafice komputerowej
