Job Title: Operations Director Location: Algeria Industry: Fertilizer Manufacturing Type: Full -time Reporting to: CEOJob Responsibilities:Ensure smooth operation of a large fertilizer plant.Monitor budgets, resources, and operational procedures.Oversee plant performance, troubleshooting, and evaluation of modification schemes.Suggest measures to improve operational performance.Manage and monitor projects, including scheduling and execution of production budgets.Track key KPIs such as production output and safety incidents.Coordinate with department heads to maintain plant profitability and a positive work environment. RequirementsJob Qualifications:Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering. Minimum 20 years ofexperience with strong background in Urea and Ammonia plants. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication Leadership quality inmulticultural team management skills etc.
