Job DescriptionSUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
To promote and sell John Crane products, services and other product range to meet and exceed sales targets.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Pursue and follow-up sales leads and assess customer needs
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide sales and technical support
- Coordinate with Customer Service Team to produce Technical and Commercial quotations.
- Coordinate tenders' preparation and work with Customer Service Team, Engineering and Ops/Logistics to prepare and submit tenders' proposals
- Coordinate with engineering to identify and suggest appropriate products and services
- Manage relationships with internal and external customers and all other stakeholders.
- Participate in commercial and delivery times negotiations
- Preparation of various internal business reports
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 2+ years of professional experience in engineering and sales in a multinational and multicultural environment
- Experience & knowledge of the administrative process related to customs, banks, tax and other parties involved in the orders delivery process.
- Experience & knowledge of Oil & Gas market in Algeria
- Preferably knowledge of Rotating equipment, mechanical seals, and mechanical drawing
- Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
