About the Role

We're looking for a commercial professional who understands hiring. Someone who knows how to build relationships with companies, understands their recruitment needs, and can guide them in finding the right talents through Hi Talents.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to companies that need support hiring product, tech, and business talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, hiring managers, and founders.
  • Understand client hiring needs and help them define job requirements.
  • Present Hi Talents' value and match them with the right candidates.
  • Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth hiring workflow for clients.
  • Follow up with clients before, during, and after the hiring process to ensure success.
  • Collaborate on proposals, pricing, and partnership agreements.
  • Track pipeline, leads, and contract status.
  • Gather feedback from companies to help improve the platform.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of the hiring process and how companies recruit.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and pipelines at the same time.
  • Comfortable with outreach and sales (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • A problem-solver who can guide clients through the full hiring cycle.
  • Startup mindset: proactive, fast, and independent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with HR tech, recruitment platforms, or staffing agencies.
  • Understanding of African tech and product talent markets.
  • Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or hiring tools.
