Role Description

We are looking for a talented
Mobile Developer specialized in either React Native or Flutter
to join our team and help us build high-quality, performant mobile applications for
Android and iOS
.

You will work on real-world mobile products with
offline capabilities, real-time features, and scalable architectures
, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver smooth and intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (Android & iOS)
  • Implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code
  • Integrate APIs and real-time services
  • Ensure high-quality UI/UX and performance
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment automation

Requirements (Common for Both Profiles)

  • Proven experience building and publishing
    mobile applications
    on:
  • Google Play Store (mandatory)
  • Apple App Store (strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of
    UI/UX principles
    and mobile best practices
  • Solid knowledge of:
  • Caching strategies
  • Offline mode
  • Mobile data structures
  • Hands-on experience with
    API integration
    , including:
  • REST APIs
  • GraphQL
  • Real-time communication , WebSockets, or similar)
  • Experience with
    Firebase services
    , such as:
  • Realtime Database
  • Cloud Storage
  • Authentication
  • Analytics
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    (CodeMagic and/or GitHub Actions)
  • Good knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows

Technical Focus (Choose One)

Option A – React Native Developer

  • Strong experience with
    React Native
  • Familiarity with state management libraries such as:
  • Redux, MobX, or similar

  • Experience with React Native performance optimization and debugging

  • Option B – Flutter Developer

  • Strong experience with
    Flutter

  • Good knowledge of Dart and Flutter app architecture
  • Experience with Flutter performance tuning and widget optimization

Nice-to-Have (Both Profiles)

  • Experience with automated testing for mobile apps
  • Knowledge of push notifications and app monitoring
  • Experience with performance optimization and analytics
  • Open-source contributions or personal projects on GitHub
