About the Role:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess cultural fit.
  • Work closely with managers to understand hiring needs.

Requirements:
