Description du poste
INTAJ Mohtawayat recherche un.e People Manager expérimenté.e pour diriger et encadrer ses équipes. À ce poste à temps plein, vous serez chargé.e de développer et de mettre en œuvre des politiques et des stratégies en matière de ressources humaines, de favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif, et de superviser les processus de recrutement. Vous soutiendrez également le développement professionnel des employés à travers des programmes de formation et d'encadrement. Ce rôle est à plein temps et sur site dans nos locaux situés à Alger.

Qualifications

  • Leadership et développement des talents :
    Expérience en gestion d'équipe, en mentorat et en formation pour favoriser la croissance individuelle et collective.
  • Gestion des ressources humaines :
    Compréhension approfondie des processus de recrutement, relations employeurs-employés, et gestion des performances.

Talent Acquisition :

  • Approche Directe :
    Identifier et chasser les profils "Top Gun" (Développeurs Seniors, Tech Leads, PMs) qui ne sont pas en recherche active.
  • Sourcing Actif :
    Utiliser LinkedIn Recruiter, les réseaux spécialisés pour mapper le marché algérien.
  • Communication efficace
    : Compétences interpersonnelles, capacité à instaurer un dialogue constructif et à résoudre les conflits.
  • Culture organisationnelle :
    Expérience en création et amélioration continue d'une culture de travail collaborative et inclusive.
  • Autres qualifications appréciées :
    Connaissance des outils RH numériques et des logiciels de gestion des talents, ainsi qu'une expérience préalable en environnement technologique ou axé sur l'innovation.
