Attention all Instagram enthusiasts We're excited to share that our fast-growing Instagram growth agency is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a customer support representative.
In this role, you'll be handling written communication in English (minimum B2 level). Your day-to-day work will involve answering live chat messages, emails, and dashboard messages as a personal assistant to our clients. There are no calls involved.
We're looking for people who are proficient in English, have a good understanding of Instagram, and can work with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and WordPress dashboards. You'll be supporting both existing clients and pre-sale inquiries, making sure everyone receives clear, helpful, and timely responses.
This is a remote, full-time position with a 6-hour workday. Availability and commitment are very important, as the role requires consistency and focus. Applicants should be available to start immediately, be comfortable working night shifts, and not be currently employed elsewhere.
The starting salary is $200 (49,000 DZD), with opportunities for growth based on performance over time. We also provide a structured 15–20 day training period to make sure you're fully prepared and confident in the role.
