Dent of Istanbul is expanding its Sales & Customer Acquisition Department.
We are looking for ambitious, target-driven Sales Representatives who can communicate confidently, engage with international clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Your mission is simple:
Engage → Understand needs → Build trust → Convert → Follow up
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries from clients interested in our services
Conduct needs-based conversations to understand goals and motivations
Present treatment options clearly and professionally
Encourage clients to move forward in the decision-making process
Maintain organized notes and client progress
Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
Work closely with our medical & coordination teams to finalize bookings
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Required Skills
English and/or French fluency
Strong persuasive communication
Confident, energetic personality
Ability to handle objections professionally
Sales experience in:
Call centers
Insurance
Real estate
Telecom
Medical tourism (bonus, not required)
Ability to manage multiple clients at once
Strong work discipline and consistency
