We are looking for a talented
National Sales Manager
to join us. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the medical sales strategy in alignment with company objectives.
- Develop action plans, identify priority areas and medical targets.
- Ensure consistency between marketing objectives and field activities.
- Manage and motivate the team of medical supervisors.
- Set objectives, monitor performance, and organize regular meetings.
- Implement training programs and provide field support.
- Analyze sales results and performance indicators.
- Propose corrective actions and provide regular reporting to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical, regulatory, and logistics departments.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain competitive and regulatory intelligence.
- Adapt strategies based on market trends and legal constraints.
Qualifications:

Technical
- Strong knowledge of
sales and negotiation techniques
in the medical field. - In-depth understanding of the
pharmaceutical industry
