Position Summary

1. Achieve a goal according to the production plan.
2. Prevent quality accidents through working standards compliance.
3. Optimize line operation to reduce manpower management and cost through minimization of investment cost.

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Production goal achievement] Prepares effective evaluation of resources to achieve goals.

2. [Quality accident prevention] Performs identification of problems on site, cause analysis of problems and improvement to stabilize quality.

3. [Manpower management] Participates in efficient line management by training and managing manpower.

Skills and Qualifications


• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways


• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions


• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments


• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
