About the Role
Vision Servo, on behalf of a well-established and reputable
plastic mold manufacturing company in Lebanon
, is seeking a
High Ticket Sales Representative
to be based in Algeria. This individual will be responsible for driving sales of high-value plastic molds and related solutions, working independently in Algeria while reporting daily to the Sales Manager located at the company's head office in Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell high-ticket plastic molds in the Algerian market.
- Identify and build relationships with potential industrial clients, distributors, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract finalizations to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent follow-up and customer support.
- Provide
daily sales activity and market reports
to the Sales Manager in Lebanon. - Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and production teams in Lebanon to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and professional networking events in Algeria.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in
high ticket sales
(plastic mold sales experience is a strong advantage). - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work
independently and remotely
, with strong self-motivation and discipline. - Strong organizational and reporting skills to deliver structured daily updates.
- Previous exposure to the
industrial/manufacturing sector
is highly desirable. - Languages: Fluency in Arabic and French; English is an asset.
- Flexibility to travel within Algeria as required.
