We are looking for a
Full-Time HR & Recruitment Assistant
to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day tasks and HR processes.
This role is a great opportunity for someone
smart, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
. You don't need years of experience — what matters most is your
motivation, adaptability,and willingness to grow
.
Full training and guidance will be provided.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Assist with recruitment: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and conducting initial screenings.
- Prepare and maintain employee records (contracts, onboarding docs, performance files).
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
- Manage employee queries on HR-related matters.
- Track attendance, leaves, and prepare basic HR reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good command of English & French (spoken and written).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Docs, Slides); knowledge of HRIS/ATS is a plus.
