AI automation agency in Algeria. We build real systems - AI agents, CRM automations, custom platforms. One founder, growing fast, need help on the business side.
What You'll Do:
Sales:
• Cold outreach (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp) to Algerian businesses
• Build and manage our CRM
• Qualify leads and book meetings
• Follow up systematically with prospects
• Close deals (smaller ones yourself, bigger ones with me)
Operations:
• Manage existing client relationships
• Handle scheduling, proposals, contracts
• Create basic systems and SOPs
• Keep things organized
You Need:
• Fluent English + French
• Comfortable doing cold outreach daily
• Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding
• Basic understanding of tech/AI (I'll teach you the rest)
The Reality:
Startup environment. You'll figure things out as we go. Hard work, real growth potential. If you want corporate structure, this isn't it.
