Context :
A Senior QA Engineer ensure the quality and reliability of software products, leveraging your expertise to drive testing excellence and contribute to the delivery of exceptional user experiences in a dynamic software development environment.
Role :
- Test Planning and Strategy:
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough test coverage and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle. - Test Execution and Automation:
Execute manual and automated tests, analyzing results, identifying defects, and driving the adoption of test automation to improve efficiency and scalability. - Quality Assurance Processes:
Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices, including test case management, defect tracking, and regression testing, to maintain high standards of product quality. - Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on quality goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Continuous Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team and across the development organization, identifying opportunities to optimize testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Minimum Entry Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
