Ingénieur Firmware Embarqué Senior (ESP32 / STM32)

Ce n'est pas un rôle junior déguisé.

C'est un poste clé, critique pour la roadmap produit.

Ce que fera le/la futur(e) ingénieur(e)

Développement et maintenance de firmwares sur ESP32 (ESP-IDF) et STM32 (CubeMX / CubeIDE / HAL / LL)

Conception d'applications FreeRTOS propres et robustes

Optimisation low-power (batterie / solaire, deep sleep, RTC, watchdogs)

Intégration capteurs & actionneurs (UART, SPI, I2C, ADC/DAC, GPIO)

Implémentation des communications LoRa / Wi-Fi / BLE

Mise en place de mécanismes OTA sécurisés, bootloaders, flash sécurisé

Débogage avancé (JTAG, SWD, oscilloscope, analyseur logique)

Collaboration étroite avec les équipes hardware

Ici, le firmware est au cœur du produit, pas un composant secondaire.

Le profil recherché

Minimum 4 ans d'expérience en firmware embarqué (C/C++)

Expertise réelle sur ESP32 et STM32

Très à l'aise avec FreeRTOS et les systèmes contraints

Bonne compréhension des enjeux sécurité / communication / énergie

Capacité à prendre du recul architecture & qualité

Une expérience terrain IoT ou environnements contraints est un gros plus.
