· Operator role COMPENSATION: Between 28,785-57,142 DZD/mo ABOUT EZ EDITS EZ Edits is a remote-first YouTube video editing and content production agency. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS You handle the day-to-day admin work at EZ Edits by following our step-by-step guides (SOPs), so our Business Operations Manager can focus on growing the business. WHERE THIS ROLE CAN TAKE YOU This role can grow into one of three paths:
- Revenue Growth Specialist
- Finance Specialist
- Human Resources Specialist THE NUMBERS YOU OWN Revenue (outbound + inbound)
- Leads generated
- Leads added to email sequences
- Discovery calls booked
- Days to book a call Finance
- Gross revenue
- Cost of goods sold
- Sales & marketing costs
- General & admin costs People & HR
- No numbers to own yet. The Business Operations Manager owns these for now.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll run SOPs across every part of our business. 68 of 116 SOPs are ready for you from day one (est. time: 2 + 2 hrs/day, +33%).
- Awareness: finding leads, outreach, social posts, A/B tests, SEO
- Interest: checking replies, booking intro calls
- Nurture: sending free samples, follow-up sequences
- Convert: test edits, onboarding new clients
- Growth: hiring, onboarding staff, payroll
- Churn: offboarding clients and staff, churn reports
- Admin & Finance: bookkeeping, tax slips, HR database, surveys HOW YOUR WORKLOAD GROWS 1. Start light. Your first SOPs won't fill a full 8-hour day. 2. Add and measure. New SOPs come over time, and we track how long each one takes. 3. Split at 4 hours. When a group of SOPs takes 4+ hours every day, we hire a new person and split the work. You won't be overloaded.
