Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a senior Commercial Manager located in Algiers. He/she will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Daily tasks include market research, network design and implementetion, proposal development, contract negotiations, and coordinating with various internal departments to ensure business objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, RTM/GTM, market analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management and coordination
  • Knowledge of the FMCG and/or downstream petrochemicals industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and French is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment
